With a primarily virtual presence in eastern Canada, CB needed something to fuel their mortgage business. In a highly saturated marketplace where rates are so competitive, the answer was a highly targeted marketing piece aimed at real estate agents. We devised a strategy that offered a unique spa experience for a successfully funded mortgage resulting in 118% growth in Citizens Bank’s mortgage business. We continue to develop new and exciting ways of connecting with CB’s audience.
